Extremely good workout today, burned 1200 calories. Ran for a half hour doing a series of running and sprinting. Then I worked on my arms and chest today. I haven’t ate much however, I feel like I haven’t had the time. For dinner though I’m making chicken breast and a bunch of veggies. Have a good night :)
Went grocery shopping and got sososo many veggies and fruits! And…..almost got into a fight with an old man. Nobody messes with my nonna and gets away with it :)

The gym was way too packed for my liking today. I absolutely despise going late, but I put in some work. Killed the stair-master, did the elliptical on 95 resistance to get my heart rate up for about 11 mins. Well my birthday caused two days of slacking. But I’m back in the game today, I’ll be hitting the gym after dinner. Lots of cardio (running) and even more weight training today. I’ll probably do legs today. I’ll update my playlist page after, with an update of my workout. Have a good day :)
